                  388        Provincial Court Proceedings, 1676.

            Liber N N  justly deteineth Att which day the same Sheriff maketh returne of
                   the writ aforesaid that the said Wm Dunkerton is not found in his
                   Bailiwick. Whereupon the said Edward by John Quigley his Attorny
                   prayed an attachment against the estate of the said Wm according
                   to An Act of Assembly in such case made & provided And it is
                   granted unto him.
