                  Richard Bayly Comand was given the Sheriff of Talbott County
                       agt that he take John Ingram late of Talbot County if he
                John Ingram  should be found in his Bailiwick and him Safe Keepe
                             So that he have his body here the eighth day of
                   ffebruary to answer unto Richard Bayly in a plea of trespas upon
                   the case Att which Said eighth day of ffebruary the Same Sheriff
                   maketh returne of the writ aforesaid That the Said John Ingram
                   is not found in his Bayliwick Whereupon the said Richard by Vin-
                   cent Lowe his Attorny prayed an attachment against the goods &
                   chattels of the Said John Ingram according to act of Assembly and
                   it is granted unto him.
