                Anderton of Calvert County in the Province of Maryland Gent
                Sendeth Greeting Whereas William Eltonhead late of the Same
                County deceased did in the yeare of Our Lord One thousand Six
                hundred fifty foure by his Deed of Lease grant demise and to farme
                lett unto the said John Anderton all that Neck of land runing from
                the head of a Necke of land called Anthill neck into a branch called
                the head of St Johns Creeke containeing One hundred acres more or
                lesse being parcell of the Mannour of Little Eltonhead in the same
                County To have and to hold the same to him and his heirs for and
