           Liber M M  and the defts alleadging no notice was given them upon the resurvey
                   of the Lands in question Ordered that the parties concerned be pres
                   ent & the same jury formerly returned be there & the Surveyr Genll
                   or his Deputy for that County to resurvey the lands in question upon
                   the third day of ffebruary next and in case of default of the jurors
                   or any of them that the Sheriff returne tales and to returne to the
                   next Court.
                    Att which said next Court to wit the ninth day of ffebruary in the
                   yeare a foresaid came the a foresaid Wm Russell by Robert Carvile
                   his Attorny and the said James and Anna by Kenelm Cheseldyn
                   and the Said Sheriff of Charles County and John Gooch Thomas
                   ‘Gibson John fferson Arthur Turner Joseph Cooper Joseph Bullett
                   George Grodtwai John Cassock Wm Hensy Wm Smith John
                   Muschamp & Peter Carrey sworne jurors to enquire into the bounds
                   and meets of the land in question betweene Wm Russell & James
                   Neale doe deliver their Verdict as foiloweth That Wee have directed
                   Richard Edelin Deputy Surveyr in the presence of the parties con
                   cerned to run the lines of the said James Neales land according to
                   the meets and bounds of the Certificate & Patent & evidence produced
                   and doe find the land now in question lately in the possession of John
                   Lovett now in possession of Margaret Lovett Relict of the said John
                   by Virtue of a lease from the said James Neale with the Plantation
               p. 460 and all the houses thereon Erected to be and lye within the meets
                   and bounds & lines of the Land belonging to Wm Russell as by Plott
                   & Certificate by the aforesaid Survey made and hereunto annexed
                   it doth & may more fully & at large appeare In testimony to which
                   Verdict Wee have hereunto Sett Our hands & seales this 13th day of
                   ffebruary 1674.
                    And also the said Deputy Surveyr by his Certificate bearing date
                   the said third day of ffebruary and to the Honble Charles Calvert
                   Cheife justice of Maryland & the rest of the justices of the Provin
                   ciall Court did in most humble manner Certifie That in Obedience
                   to an Order past December Court last hath laid Out Capt James
                   Neales east South east line according to the direction of the jury &
                   bounding On the west with Neales marsh & with the South with the
                   Creeke called St James's Creeke and On the east with Wicocomoco
                   River On the north with a line drawn East-South east to a white
                   Oake Standing by Wicocomoco River by Newtons Cove and that the
                   said Neales Land does not take in the Land now in question betweene
                   the said Neale & William Russell.
                    Which being read and heard & by the Court here fully understood
                   and the cause standing at full & perfect issue Therefore Comãnd
                   was given to the Sheriff of St Maries County that he should cause to
                   come here before the said justices On the eleventh day of this instant
                   if ebruary twelve &c by whom &c who neither &c because aswell &c to
                   recognize &c.
