On Motion of Daniel Dulany Esq Leave is given to bring in a
Bill entitled "An Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors and other
Prisoners." which being brought in immediately was Read the first
and second Time by an Especial Order in this House and will Pass.
So Endorsed and sent to the Lower House by Benjamin Ogle Esq
Adjourned until three of the Clock in the Afternoon

Adjourned until to Morrow Morning ten of the Clock

Mess:rs Beatty and Funk bring up a Bill entitled "An Act to em-
power William Gaither and Elizabeth his Wife to execute the Con-
veyances therein mentioned. Read the first and second Time in
the Lower House and will Pass which was Read the first Time in
this House and Ordered to lie on the Table.

Read and referred to the Consideration of the Lower House of
Assembly the Petition of sundry Proprietors of Lots in Carrolls-
burgh — So Endorsed and sent to the Lower House by Daniel of
S.t Tho.s Jenifer Esq

Adjourned until three of the Clock in the Afternoon
