to the Land therein mentioned.
N.o 18. A Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled, An Act to
prevent the injuring Harbours within this Province, and for repeal-
ing the Act therein mentioned.
N.o 19. An Act to impower the Justices of Somerset and Worces-
ter Counties, to levy on the taxable Inhabitants of Coventry Parish,
in said Counties, the Quantity of thirty two thousand Pounds of
Tobacco, for the Uses therein mentioned.
N.o 20. An Act empowering John Done, Sheriff of Worcester
County, to execute for the Public Levy, Deputy Commissary's and
Attornies ffees.
N.o 21. An Act relating to the public Roads in Anne Arundel,
Baltimore and Frederick Counties.
N.o 22. An Act for the Relief of certain languishing Prisoners
in the several Jails therein mentioned
N.o 23. An Act for regulating the gauging of Casks in the

appoint Persons to lay out a Road in said County

All which his Excellency passed into Laws in the usual Manner,
and made the following Speech.
