Mr. Johnson brings in and delivers to Mr. Speaker a Bill, entitled
An Act for raising and applying Money towards erecting and main-
taining a Light-House on Cape Henry, which was read the First
Time and ordered to lie on the Table.
The Order of the Day for taking into Consideration the Petition
of Anne Abigal Armit being read, the same is referred for Con-
sideration on the First Wednesday in next Session of Assembly.

tion To-morrow.
The House adjourns till To-morrow Morning 9 o'Clock.

THURSDAY, December 16, 1773.

THE House met. All members present as on Yesterday. The
Proceedings of Yesterday were read.
The Petition of the subscribing Inhabitants of Baltimore County,
was read the Second Time and granted, and Leave given to bring in
a Bill pursuant to the Prayer of the said Petition. ORDERED, That
Mr. Ridgely, Mr. Deye, Mr. Aq. Hall, Mr. Tolly, and Mr. Johnson,
do prepare and bring in the same.
