All which is humbly submitted to the Consideration of the Hon-
ourable House.

Which was read and the House concurs therewith
M.r Allen was again called to the Bar of the House, and informed
by M.r Speaker, by Order of the House, that he was discharged from
any further Attendance
Resolved, That this House will, on Wednesday next, take into
Consideration his Excellency's Speech at the Opening of this Session.
M.r Allen Quynn informs the House, by Letter, directed to M.r
Speaker, that he is unable, through Sickness, to attend his Duty as
Serjeant at Arms. The House thereupon appoint M.r William
Goldsmith Serjeant at Arms during the Illness of M.r Quynn

Ordered, That he be qualified
The House being informed that M.r William Ward a Delegate
returned for Caecil County was attending at the Door: Ordered,
That M.r Veazy and M.r Holland do go with that Gentleman to the
Upper House to see him qualified. They return and acquaint M.r
Speaker they saw him qualified in the usual Manner
The Gentleman takes his Seat in the House
The House adjourns till To-Morrow Morning 9 O'Clock


Tuesday October 8.th 1771
The House met.

All Members present as on Yesterday.
The Proceedings of Yesterday were read
M.r Weems appeared in the House
The House being informed that M.r Joseph Sim a Delegate re-
turned for Prince George's County was attending at the Door.
Ordered, That M.r Beall and M.r Tyler do go with that Gentleman
to the Upper House to see him qualified.
They return and acquaint M.r Speaker they saw him qualified in
the usual Manner.
