and Thomas Sprigg Wootton Delegates of Frederick County are
duly returned
Your Committee beg Leave to report to the Honourable House
that they are informed and believe that M.r Jonathan Hagar a Mem-
ber returned for Frederick County is not a natural born Subject
nor descended from a natural born Subject: That he came into
America and was naturalized some Time before the said Election
All which is submitted to the Consideration of the Honourable
House.
