made by the Rector, Vestrymen and Churchwardens of St. Anne's
Parish; severally indorsed; "By the Upper House of Assembly,
June 29.^th 1773. Read the first and second Time by an especial Order
and will pass.

The Paper Bill, entitled, An Act for the Relief of John M'Clure
