M.r Ward brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker a Bill, entitled,
An Act to revive and aid the Proceedings of Caecil County Court
Which was read the first and second Time by an especial Order,
passed, and sent to the Upper House by M.r Ward, and M.r Hyland
On Motion, Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill to
enable the Undertaker of the Building the State House, to cover the
same with Shingles; and that M.r Johnson, M.r Paca, and M.r J Hall,
do prepare and bring in the same.
M.r Ridgely brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker a Bill, entitled.
An Act for the Enlargement of Baltimore Town. Which was read
the first Time and ordered to lie on the Table.

M.r Sudler hath Leave of Absence till Monday next.

William Hayward, Esq., from the Upper House delivers to M.r
Speaker a Petition of the Vestrymen and Churchwardens of S.t
Ann's Parish. Which was read the first Time and ordered to lie
on the Table.

M.r Wilson brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker a Bill, entitled,
An Act to enable the Commissioners for emitting Bills of Credit,
to pay the Executor of Philip Hammond, deceased, the Sum of
Money therein mentioned. Which was read the first Time and or-
dered to lie on the Table.
The House adjourns till to Morrow Morning 9 OClock.

The House met.

All Members present as on Yesterday except M.r Sudler, and M.r
Lloyd.
The Proceedings of Yesterday were read.
M.r Weems hath Leave of Absence.
On Motion, Ordered, That no new Business be moved for after
twelve O'Clock this Day.
On Motion, Ordered, That no new Claims be received against the
Publick after this Day, and that the Journal of Accounts be closed
this Day.
On Motion, Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill to
enable the Commissioners for emitting Bills of Credit to provide
Stationary for the Use of the Province; and that M.r Beall, M.r
Paca, and M.r Earle, do prepare and bring in the same.
