Thirdly, That we will not, during the Time aforesaid, import any
Wines, of any Kind whatever, or purchase the same from any Person
whatever, except such Wines as are already imported, or for which
Orders are already sent.
Fourthly, That we will not kill, or suffer to be killed, or sell, or
dispose, to any Person, whom we have Reason to believe intends to
