Which were read
M.r Ringgold brings in, and delivers to M.r Speaker the Bill, en-
titled, An Act to ease the Inhabitants of this Province in the Pay-
ment of Attorneys frees and Dues to the Clergy. Which was read
the first Time, and ordered to lie on the Table
On reading a second Time the said Bill, the Question was put that
One fourth, instead of One fifth be deducted upon Payment of the
Clergys Dues in Money ? Resolved in the Negative

Act to prevent the Exportation of fflour &.ta from Baltimore Town,
in Baltimore County, was read a second Time, and committed.
M.r Johnson added to the Committee appointed upon the Draft
of the Bill for the Inspection of fflour &.ta in Baltimore Town.
M.r Smallwood brings in, and delivers to M.r Speaker the follow-
ing Report
By the Committee appointed by the Honourable the Lower House
of Assembly, to enquire into the Allegations and Facts contained
in the Petition of Ann Gaither
Your Committee in Obedience to the Order of your Honourable
