A sufficient Number of Members to compose a House being con-
vened at the Stadt House
Ordered, That M.r William Paca and M.r Smallwood do acquaint
his Excellency the Governor therewith
Benedict Calvert and Daniel Dulany Esquires from the Upper
House acquaint M.r Speaker that the Governor requires the At-
tendance of the Lower House immediately in the Upper House
M.r Speaker left the Chair, and attended by the Members of the
Lower House, went to the Upper House, where his Excellency made
the following Speech
Gentlemen of the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly
I have only to request of you to proceed to complete the Business
which I recommended to you at the Opening of the last Session of
Assembly
M.r Speaker (with the rest of the Members) returned and re-
sumed the Chair
On motion, Leave given to bring in a Bill for the Adjournment
and Continuance of Baltimore County Court
Ordered, That M.r Chase do prepare and bring in the same
M.r Chase brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker, a Bill, entitled,
An Act for the Adjournment and Continuance of Baltimore County
Court.

and will pass. Sent to the Upper House by M.r Chase and M.r Paca.
They return and acquaint M.r Speaker they delivered the Bill.
Daniel Dulany, Esq; from the Upper House delivers to M.r
Speaker the Bill, entitled, An Act for the Adjournment and Con-
tinuance of Baltimore County Court, thus indorsed: "By the Upper
House of Assembly, November 5.th 1770: Read the first and second
Time, by an especial Order, and will pass.

The ingrossed Bill, entitled, An Act for the Adjournment and
Continuance of Baltimore County Court, read and assented to, and
sent to the Upper House with the Paper Bill thereof, by M.r Johnson
and M.r John Hall. They return and acquaint M.r Speaker they
delivered the Bill
John Beale Bordley, Esq from the Upper House, delivers to M.r
Speaker the Paper Bill, entitled, An Act for the Adjournment and
Continuance of Baltimore County Court; thus indorsed:
"By the Upper House of Assembly November 5.th 1770: The
ingrossed Bill whereof this is the Original, read and assented to.
