And Be it Enacted by the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary
by and with the Advice and consent of his Lordships Governor and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of
the same that the Justices of the said County of Prince Georges
shall and may and they are hereby required to Levy upon the Tax-
able Inhabitants of the said Parish by three Equal Assessments a
Quantity not exceeding One hundred and fifty thousand Pounds of
Tobacco together with the Sheriffs Salary of five Pounds of Tobacco
per Centum for collecting the same by three equal Assessments that
is to say one third part thereof at their next November Court one
third part thereof at their November Court which shall be in the
Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy one
and the remaining One third part thereof at their November Court
which shall be in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hun-
dred & Seventy two which said Quantity of One hundred and fifty
thousand Pounds of Tobacco shall and may be collected by the
Sheriff of the said County together with his Commission as afore-
said and shall by the said Sheriff be accounted for and paid to the

for the Several and respective Inhabitants of the said Parish to pay

rate that they are now enabled to pay and discharge the Public and
County Levy
