N.o 20. An Act for the Relief of Thomas Weems
N.o 21. An Act directing the Sale of Part of the Lands of Henry
Baker late of Csecil County deceased for the Payment of the Debts
of the said Henry Baker
N.o 22 An Act for the Relief of Nehemiah Tilghman and Solo-
mon Townsend and to confirm the Contract made between the said
Nehemiah Tilghman and a certain Major Townsend
All which his Excellency passed into Laws in the usual Form
His Excellency made the following Speech vizt
Gentlemen of the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly
I have thought fit with the Advice of his Lordship's Council of
State to prorogue this Assembly to Monday the fifth Instant; and
you are to take Notice you are prorogued to that Day accordingly
So endeth this Session of Assembly this second Day of November
in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy
