and prays the Direction of the House. The said Indorsement was
twice read. Whereupon it is Resolved, That the Time of Com-
mencement of Rent be from the Time to which Governor Sharpe
was allowed Resolved, That the Rent to be allowed for the Gov-
ernor's House shall not be increased, but remain at £8o p Year —

Resolved unanimously, That the said Allowance be placed in the
Journal of Accounts as usual
M.r Goldsborough moves for the Direction of the House whether
there shall be any Allowance made to the Governor for Seals to
Proclamations of Acts of Parliament?
Resolved unanimously, That this House will not make any Allow-
ance for the Seals to Proclamations of Acts of Parliament
M.r Goldsborough also brings in the Account of M.r John Duckett
for transcribing Liber C N.o 3. a Record Book in the Land Office
agreable to Order of the Lower House of Assembly in November

On Motion, Leave given to bring in a Bill to hold the Election of
Representatives for Baltimore C»unty at the Places therein mentioned
Ordered, That M.r W. Paca, M.r Chase, M.r J. Paca, and M.r
Matthews do prepare and bring in the same
M.r Mackall brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker the following
Report
By the Committee appointed to inspect the publick Offices and to
enquire from the several Officers, their Deputies, Registers, or Clerks
into the Annual Amount of the Fees that have accrued due to the
said Officers of this Province for seven Years last past
Since the giving in our former Report relative to the Examiner
General, and the other Officers, your Committee have received,
from the Clerk of the Council, and Examiner General, an Estimate
of the Amount of his frees in both those Departments, for the
Years 1767, 1768 and 1769, which are as followeth Viz.t
