obliging him to advance to the extent of the Bail Bond, upon the
Amercement and wait for a Reimbursement till he should be able to
compell a Satisfaction from the Obligor and his Sureties

The Order of the Day being Read, the Petition of John Paca on
behalf of Himself and Sundry Inhabitants of Baltimore County
was taken into Consideration, and the Parties being called in, the
said Petition as also a Petition of Sundry Inhabitants of Baltimore
County praying a Removal of the Court House from Joppa to Balti-
more Town, a Counter Petition to the same, and a Petition from
Sundry Inhabitants of Joppa were Read, after which the House
proceeded to take the Testimony of Sundry Evidences, as to the
Truth of the Facts set forth in the said Petitions.
Adjourned until 3 of the Clock in the Afternoon

Lease out part of the Land belonging to the said School.
A Bill Entitled An Act confirming to Spedding Bromwell, of
Talbot County, certain Lotts of Land therein mentioned.
A Bill Entitled An Act for the Relief of the Poor, within the
several Counties therein mentioned
A Bill Entitled An Act to prevent the Evils arising from the
Manumission of Slaves
These Bills Read the first time in this House and Ordered to lye
on the Table
Mess.rs Wilson and Buchanan, from the Lower House, bring
up the Bill Entitled An Act for Recovery of certain Amercements,
and also upon Defaults on Execution together with the following
Message.
