Read and rejected the Petition of Sundry Inhabitants of Baltimore
County for laying out a Town
An Engrossed Bill from the Lower House by Mess,,rs Hall and
Holliday Entitled An Act to enable Mary Darnall, an Infant, to enter
into and accept a Marriage Settlement and Agreement.
Read and assented to by the Lower House of Assembly.
Read and assented to by this House and Ordered to be so Sub-
scribed, the Paper Bill so Endorsed sent by John B: Bordley Esq,,r
Read and referred the Petition of Thomas Harrison. Sent by
John Ridout Esq.r

Samuel Chamberlaine and Daniel Dulany Esq,,rs are sent to
acquaint the Lower House, that his Excellency requires their At-
tendance in the Upper House immediately, to see the Bills passed
this Session receive the Assent.
The Lower House attend, and by their Speaker present to his
Excellency the following Bills.
A Bill Entitled An Act for the Adjournment and Continuance of
Talbot Baltimore and Cecil County Courts.
A Bill Entitled An Act to enable Mary Darnall, an Infant, to
enter into and accept a Marriage Settlement and Agreement.
Both which his Excellency passed into Laws, in the usual form,
by sealing them with the Right honourable the Lord Proprietary his
great Seal at Arms, and Subscribing them, on behalf of the Right
honourable the Lord Proprietary of this Province I will this be
a Law.
Adjourned until 3 of the Clock in the Afternoon

Steele and Wife, and John Henry and Wife sent by Daniel Dulany
