Thomas Johnson Esq :r is added to the Committee to Inspect the
State of the Publick Offices and Records &c.a And the Committee
to enquire what Laws will expire with this Session if not reEnacted.
M :r Green having Attended at the bar of this House and being
examined relative to his omitting to insert in the Printed Votes
of the last Session the Accounts of the Clerks of the Council Sent
down from the Upper House with a Message of the 9:* of
Dec:r 1765 Ordered that M :r Green do Print with the Votes and
Proceedings of this Session the said Accounts
J : Chamberlaine Esq :r from the Upper House delivers to M :r
Speaker a Petition of of the Rector Vestrymen and Sundry of the
Inhabitants of Somerset Parish in Somerset County. Indorsed By
the Upper House of Assembly Read and Referred to the Con-
sideration of the Lower House of Assembly
the Previous Question being determined the Question was put
whether M :r Green shall be Admonished or censured by the Speaker
of this House for omitting to Print amongst the Proceedings of
last Session the Accounts of the Clerks of the Council Sent down
with a Message from the Upper House on the 9 :th day of Dec :r in
the last Session of Assembly
Resolved that Mr Green be Admonished by the Speaker
In Pursuance of the aforegoing Resolution and Admonition being
Prepared to be delivered by the HoTible Speaker to M :r Green and
after many debates Whether the said Admonition as drawn up
