same That part of an Act of Assembly made at a session of Assembly
begun and held at the City of Annapolis the first day of November

No. 1

One Thousand seven hundred and sixty Five Entituled an Act for
destroying of Crows and Squirrels in particular Counties and of
Red Foxes in Kent and Queen Anns Counties which directs that
Oath or Affirmation be made that the Squirrels or Crows were
killed in the County where the Scalps shall be produced so far as
the same extends to Somerset Dorchester and Worcester Counties
be and is hereby Repealed Abrogated and made Null and Void

of small Debts out of Court before one Justice of the Peace
Be it Enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the Advice and Consent of his Lordships Governor and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of
the same That an Act of Assembly of this Province entituled an
Act for the Speedy Recovery of small Debts out of Court before
one Justice of the Peace made at a Session of Assembly begun and
held at the City of Annapolis the fourth day of October Seventeen
hundred and Sixty three be and is hereby continued and shall remain
and be in full fforce for and during the Term of Seven Years and
to the End of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen
after the End of the said Seven Years
