Ordered, That S: Wilson, Esq Capt. Winder, M.r W. Adams, &
Mr. W. Allen, do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
The Petition of the Inhabitants of Trinity Parish, in Charles
County, was read the second Time, and granted.
Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill according to
Prayer, and that M.r Smallwood, M.r Dent, and J. Hall, Esq do
prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
The House adjourns till 2 of the Clock.

The House met.
M.r Henry Hall appeared in the House.

The Order of the Day being read, the House referred the further
Consideration of the Want of a Specie, or Medium of Commerce, in
this Province, and the most effectual Means of procuring a Passage
for the Journal until Friday next.
S. Wilson, Esq brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker, a Bill, en-
titled, An Act to ease the Inhabitants of this Province, and to im-
power the Justices of the several Counties, to bind out the Persons
therein mentioned Apprentices: Which was read the first Time and
ordered to lye on the Table
On reading the second Time the Bill, entitled, An Act for regu-
lating Innholders and Ordinary Keepers within this Province, the
Question was put, That the Money to be paid for every Ordinary
Keeper, for License to keep Ordinary in the City of Annapolis, be
four Pounds ? Resolved in the Affirmative
