    and Jo: Mun at the Crt of June last he prayeth That this Caution Liber C
    may be entered That according to tho said Obligaton he appeared,
    and offered to acknowledge the same to Will. Allen but the sd Jo.
    Mun not being present at Courte the said Allen would not accept
    of such Acknowledgmt.

       Mr Walter Peake entereth Jonathan Marler his Attorney to
    Receave for him, and to his use all acknowledgmts of Land tht shall
    be made to the Walter Peake in Charles Countie.

      John Boswell entereth his Marke of his hogges, and Cattell (vizt) [p. 222]
    Cropt on the right eare, and 2 Slitts; Cropt on the left, and overkeeld
      Robert Perkins entereth the Marke of his hogges, and Cattle
    (vizt) A Slitt on the Right eare, and the upper part Cut of; and
    the left eare underkeeld

      Mr Zachery Wade had a Man-Child borne on the 22th of Septemb.
    Ano 1666 and Died before Baptized
      Allsoe one William Wilkenson a Servt of the sd Mr Zachery wade
    died some time in June Ano 1666.
      Ellener Obryan the Daughter of Mathias Obryan was Borne on the
    5th Day of Novemb. Ano 1666
      Jo:     Ashbrooke was Married in the yeare 1667.
      Will. Emerson sonne of Nicholas Emerson was Borne on the
    seaventeenth Day of Novem. 1666.

      Mdm Elizabeth Haselton absented herselfe from her Master Nich-
    olas Emerson for the space of 10 dayes.

      Whereas a writt of Scire facias for Delay of Execucon above a
    yeare and a Day issued agt Richard True retornble this present Crt to
    Shew Cause wherefore Execucon should not forthwth issue agt him
    for the paymt of the sume of 816 lb of tobaccoe to Geo. Harris At-
    torney of Edw. Deane recovered agt him the sd True by ordr of a
    Courte held on the 16th of Novemb. 1665 and the said Rich. True was
    not able to shew anie just or Sufficient Cause It is Ordered tht Execu-
    eon forthwth issue agt the goods Debts and Chattels of the sd True for
    the, paymt of the sd sume
