                Oliver Bault of Virginia Constituteth Mr Benjamin Rosier his
              Attorney in all cases whatever.

                The Plaintife arresting the Defendt in his aeon of Debt to the
               value of 430 lb of tobaccoe preferred this ensueing Declaration (vizt)
                To the Worshiple the Comissionrs of Charles Countie
                The Plaintife declares agt the Defendt in his aeon of debt for
              the suffie of 430th of tobaccoe for wch the Defendt passed his Bill,
              but refuseth payment of the debt to the Plaintife Whereupon he
              brings his suite and Craves Judgmt for his Debt &c.
                Thereupon the Plaintife acknowledged a Judgment to the Defendt
              for ths sd sume

                Ordered therefore That the Plaintife satisfie to the Defendt the
              said Sume of 430th of tobaccoe Caske.

                 That Elizabeth Hasellton ran away and absented her selfe
              from her Master Nicholas Emerson for the space of sixteen dayes

                John Wheeler Requesteth that this ensueing Bill may be Recorded

                This Bill bindeth me George Bradshawe of Charis Countie in
              the Province of Maryland Planter me my heirs Executrs Adminrs
              or Assignes to deliver or cause to be delivered unto John Wheeler
              of the same Countie Planter him his heires Executrs Adminrs or
              assigns one Man Servt between sixteen yeares ould and thirty, this
              said Servt is to have his full time to Serve according to the Custome
              of the Countrey and to be delivered in Charles Countie between this
