                 It is ordered by the worshipfull the Comissioners that Richard
               Dod pay unto his five wittneses Subpaenaed by him to Court for
               two dayes Attendance apeice at 30 lb of tobacco p diem, The sume of
               300 lb of tobaccoe

                 Whereas a writt of Capias was issued forth against Joseph Calley
               (& returned p the sherife non est inventus) at the suite of Philip
               Lynes An Attachment is granted p order of Court to the sd Lynes
               plaintife against the goods Chattles & Creditts of the sd Joseph
               Galley for the sume of five hundred pounds of tobaccoe for that the
               Defendant is not to be found within the County with cost of suite

                 Whereas a writt of Capias was issued forth against Matthew Boes
               & returned by the sherife non est inventus) at the suite of Philip
               Lynes an Attachment is granted p order of Court to the sd Lynes
               plaintife against the goods Chattles & Creditts of the sd Matthew
               Booes for the sume of two hundred ninety eight pounds of tobacco,
               for tht the Defendt is not to be found within the County with Cost
               of suite

                 Whereas a writt of Capias was issued forth against John Bis-
               wicke & Returned by the sherife non est inventus at the suite of
               Philip Lynes, An Attachmt is granted p order of Court to the sd
               Lynes plaintife against the estate of John Biswicke for the sume of
               two thousand & two pounds of tobacco for tht the Defendant is not
               to be found within this County with Cost of suite

                 In a Cause depending betweene Adam Robinson plaintife & Thomas
               Bradley Defendant
                 Thomas Bradley was Attached to Answer to Adam Robinson of
               a plea of trespas on the Case
                 And whereupon the sd Adam (by John Jones his Atturney) saith
               for that whereas the sd Thomas in Aprill 1674 In Consideracon that
               the aforesd Adam did lend unto him the sd Thomas six shillinges of
               Currant money to the purpose & service of him the sd Thomas, &
               at his speciall instance & request hee the sd Thomas did then assume
