who is adjudged to be nineteene yeares of age
John Wright presents a man servant named James Jackson who is
adjudged to bee nineteene yeares of age
MT Benjamin Rozer acknowledgeth this Ensueing Conveyance in
open Court to Richard Becke for a tract of Land called St Elizabeths
This Indenture made the Eigth day of Septemt in the xliii yeare
of the Dominion of Caecilius absolute Lord & Proprietarie of the
Province of Maryland &c: Annoq Domi one thousand six hundred
seaventy & foure Between Benjamin Rozer of Charles County
Mrcht of the on part, & Richard Becke of the same County planter
of the other part, Wittnesseth, That the sd Benjamin Rozer for & in
Consideraëon of the sume of twelve thousand pounds of Tobacco to
him in hand by the sd Richard Becke pd the receipt whereof he the
sd Benjamin Rozer doth hereby acknowledge, & himself e therewith
