William Hensly psents a Servt named John Hall adjudged to be
Eighteene yeares of age
John Morris his Servant presented by Peter Carr is adjudged to
be Sixteene yeares of age
John Wood psents a Servant named Elizabeth Maybanck ad-
judged to be thirteene yeares of age
John Munn psents a Servt named Robert Smith who is adjudged
to be fifteene yeares old
Benjamin Rozer psents a Servt named James Greene who is ad-
judged to be fifteene yeares old
Mr John Bowles psents a Servt named Edward Hensley adjudged
to be Seaventeene yeares old
Henery Hawkins psents Elianor Hutchins adjudged to be thir-
teene yeares of age
Mr Thomas Mathewes Senr psents Christopher Dover adjudged
to be twenty yeares olde
John Taylor psents John Wilkinson adjudged to be Eighteene

Richard Beck psents a Servt on the behalfe of John Ward named
James Farrow fifteene yeares old

Clement Theobalds acknowledged the ensueinge Conveyance unto
Thomas Witter in open Court vizt
This Indenture made the Sixth day of Aprill In the yeare of our
Lord God one thousand six hundred Seaventy & fower Betweene
Clement Theobald of Charles County in the Province of Maryland
Planter of the one pte And Thomas Witter of the County aforesd
of th'other pte Witnesseth that the sd Clement Theobald as well for
and in Consideracon of twelve thousand pounds of tobacco & Cask to
him in hand paide by the sd Thomas Witter, the receipt whereof he
the sd Clement Theobald doth hereby acknowledge, and himselfe to
be therewith fully satisfied contented & paid & thereof & therefrom &
of & of & from evy pte and pcell thereof doth acquitt & discharge the
sd Thomas Witter his heires executrs & admrs by theise pntes, as also
for diverse other good Causes & consideracons him thereunto move-
inge Hath bargained aliened sold enfeoffed assigned & sett over And
by theis pntes doth fully clearely & absolutely bargain alien sell enfeoff
assigne & sett over unto the sd Thomas Witter his heires & ass forever
All that plantacon & pcell of land called (Simsons delight) lyeinge in
Charles County in the Woods on the West side of Port-tobacco
Creeke neare the head of the sd Creeke, begininge at a bounded Oake
standinge neare an old Indian feild & runninge Northwest & by West
