               have granted the Plaintiff an attachtht agt the Estate of the Deft
               for the sd Sume of two thousand nine hundred and eighty pounds of
               ton:
                 The Comrs have allso granted the sd Benja Rozer an attachmt agt
               the sd Boughtons Est for another Bill of nineteen hundred eighty
               nine pds of tob:
