54 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1666—1668. Liber C land called Rivers Spring lyeing, Scituating, and being on the east side of Avon River formerly called Nangemy Creeke in the Countie aforesaid next adjoyning to the land of James Lindsey beginning at the said Lindseys westermost bound tree being a Pokikorie tree bounding on the west by a line drawne North for breadth one hun- dred, and fiftie perches to a Marked Pokikorie tree on the North by a line drawn East from the said Pokikory for length two hundred and twentie five perches on the east by a line drawn South for breadth one hundred, and fiftie perches unto the land of James [p. 111] Lindsey gent on the west wth the said Land Containing by estimacon two hundred, & fiftie perches be the same more, or lesse To have, and to hold the said Parcell of land wth all and singular its Rights, Jurisdicons, & appurtenances together wth all houses Edifices Build- ings, barnes, Stables, Orchards, woods, underwoods, proffits, Comod- ities, cothon of pasture, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatso- ever to the said Messuage, or tenement or to anie parte or parcell thereof belonging, or in anie wise appertaining And the said William Boyden his heires, Executors, and Administrators shall and will warrant and for ever defend the said land wth all and singular its appurtenances against all Claime, or Claimes whatsoever unto the said James Hussey his heires, Executors, Administrators, or assignes for ever In Witnes whereof the Parties above menconed have here- unto interchangablie set their hands and seales the day and year above written Signed, Sealed, and Delivered William Boyden C in the presence of us George Thompson John Hatch The Court is adjourned untill the 8th of January 1666. Mr Francis Pope Comissioners M Will: Marshallj Whereas the last Court of the 27th of November a warrant issued out in open Court agt John Grace at the suite of James Bowling, the said James Bowling not appearing this present Court It is ordered tht the said Bowling be Nonsuited Ordered That the Attachmt graunted to John Wheeler agt the estate of George Bradshawe at the Court of the 13th of November 1666, and Continued unto the last Court of the 27th of November be likewise continued untill the Next Court of the 12th of March |
