was made by the wthin menconed George Langham & possession by
him given to Philip Lines by delivery of turfe & Twigg upon the
prmisses this 20th of January 1673:

John Boyden prsents himself to the Court to Signe Seale & de- [p. 155]
liver Conveyances unto Samuell Sherrell for a Tract of Land called
by the name of Ashbrooks rest & the sd Sherrell not being there
prsent, ordred tht the Bond of the sd John Boyden be voyd, wch he
pas't to the sd Sherrell for his appereance this Court to doe the same.
Edward Price prsents a Servt to the Court to be adjudged of her
age who is adjudged to be between twenty and one & twenty yeares
of age, being named Mary Bennett
Francis Wine as Admr of all & Singular the goods & chattells of
William Marshall late of this County confessed a judgemt Benja
Rozer for the Sume of Seventeen hundred thirty & five pounds of ton:
The Justices doe remitt the fines formerly laid on Joseph Cooper
Constable for his non appeareance at a Court held on Second
tuesday in March 1674 for tht the sd Cooper was then Sick & not in
condicon to walke abroad
The fine is likewise remitted wch was formerly laid on Jno Dobs
Constable for his non appeareance
The Court is adjorn'd for two houres
The Court Sitts Comrs prsent as on the other side:
The fine is remitted tht was laid on James Thompson for tht the
sd Thompson was not at home when the Constable was there to warn
him
Gerrard Brown confesseth judgmt to Benja Rozer for the Sume
of fourteen hundred ninety and one pounds of ton:
Kalome Magloughlin confesseth judgemt to be Benja Rozer for
the Sume of one thousand Six hundred eighty & three pounds of tob:
