           506 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1671—1674.

         LiberE     she did deliv to the propper use of the sd Hill the Plt. The pit
               proveinge his Declaracon the Court ordered the Defdt to deliver
               unto him the said Cow & Calf e & pay Costs of suite as foll vizt,
               no bill Costs pduced

                 The Court doe ordr an Attachmt agst the Estate of John Owen
               unto Thomas Mountfort for five hundred pounds of tobacco with
               Costs of Suite

                 The Court is adjourned untill the ninth day of September next.

                 Cornelius Mackarles presents Richard Woodkeepe his Servant
               who is adjudged twelve yeares of age

                 In a difference dependinge betweene George Athy Defdt &
               Nicholas Richardson Plaintiff the p!t by his Attorñ Samuell Cressey
