        LiberE    and in respect of his Seignory and the sd Alexand for himselfe his

              tion of or by the sd Alexander Gallant his heyres Execrs Adminisrs

              between Tho: Corker of Charles County in the Province of Marya-
              land Planter of the one parte and Clement Theobaldes Planter of the
              other parte Witnesseth tht the Tho: Corker as well for and in Con-
              sideration of the summe of Three thousande poundes of Tobacco and
              Caske to him in hand by the Clemente Theobalds Payd the receipt
              whereof the sd Tho: Corker doth heerby Acknowledge and himselfe
              to be therewth fully satisfyeed Contended and payd and thereof and
              therefrom and of and From every part and parcell thereof, doth
