Liber E dred and fifty Perches to A bounded white Pikickory thence North west A hundred and Fifty Perches to a bounded red Oake standeing in A swamp thence North East two hundred and fifty Perches to a bounded red oake, thence East a hundred and Tenne perches to A bounded Oake in a Valley thence untill It comes to the first bounde tree Containing and now Layd out f Three hundred Acres more or less, wth All And Singuler the houses buildings Orchardes Pastures Feedings wayes Watercourses woodes underwoodes Proffits Com- modittyes and Appurtenances to the sd Premises or any part of Parcell thereof belongeing or any wise appertaining and alsoe all the rightes Estate title Interest use property Possesion reversion clayme and demand of him the sd Fra: Thorneton of and in the same together wth all Deedes writeings Evidences Manuscripts or Papers touching or concerning the Same or any part or Parcell thereof To Have and to hold the aforsd parcell of lande and all and Singur the Premises beforgranted bargained and sold with their and every of their rightes members and Appurtenances wtsoever unto the [fol. 118] sd Tho: Wharton His heyres and Assignes for ever And the said Fran: Thorneton doth for himselfe his heyres Execrs and Adminisrs Covenant Promise and grante to and th said Tho: Wharton his heyrs Execrs Adminrs and Assignes tht He the sd Francis Thorne- ton now is lawfully and Justly Possessed of A Just and dewe title and claime in law of and in the before bargained Premises and hath full and absolute power to Bargaine sell and Assure the same, and tht the Premises now are and for Ever hereafter shall be and continue free and clear and freely and clearly Acquitted Exonerated and Dis- chardged of and from all and Singuler former and Other bargaines Sales giftes grantes leases Rentes Arrearages of rents charges mor- gages Joyntures dowers claimes demandes and Incumberances who- ever by him thm or any of them formerly had done or comitted or to be had done or committed, And the sd Fra: Thornton For himselfe his heyrs Executrs and Administrs the aforsd Parcell and all and Singuler the Premises before granted bargained and sold wth the appurtenances unto the sd Tho: Wharton His heyrs and Assignes for ever agst the sd Fra: Thornton his heyres and Assignes and agst all and Every Person or Persons wtsoever lawfully claiming by from or under him thm or any of them and agst All other persons wtsoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by theis Presents, and the sd Fra: Thorneton for himselfe his heyrs Execrs and Adminrs doth Covenant Promises grante and Agree to and Wth the sd Thomas Wharton his heyrs and Assignes by theis Presents that the sd Tho: Wharton His heyrs and Assignes and Every of them shall and may by force and virtue of theis Presents from time to time, and Att all tymes for ever hereafter lawfully and Peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy Posses and Enjoy the said land and all and Singuler the before granted premises wth their and every of their rightes Members and Appurtenances and have receive and take the rentes |
