William Boyden and Mathewe Sanders Acklowledge ths Ensewe-
ing Conveyance of land unto Francis Thorneton
This Indenture made the 10th day of june Anoq Domini 1673
Between William Boyden and Mathew Sanders of Charles County
in the province of Maryaland Planters of the one part an Francis
Thorneton of the same county And Province Planter of the other
parte Witnesseth tht the sd William Boyden and Mathew Sanders as
well for and in Consideration of the summe of three thousand eight
hundred poundes of tobacco and caske to thm in hand by the sd
Francis Thorneton payd the receipte whereof the sd Wm Boyden
and Mathew Sanders doe hereby acknowledge and themselves there-
with Therewith to be Fully Satisfyed contended and paid and thereof
& therefrom ande of and from every parte and parcell thereof doe
acquit and dischardge the sd Francis Thorneton his heyres Executrs
and Administratt by thesse presentes as alsoe for diverse other good
causes and considerations them thereunto moveing have Bargained
solde Aliened Enfeoffed Assigned and sett over and by thesse pres-
entes doe fully clearely and absolutely Bargain sell Alien Enfeof
Assigne and sett over unto the Francis Thorneton his heyres ande
Assignes for ever all tht Parcell or tract of land called St Margerets
Scituate lyeing and being in the County aforesd; beginning att A
bounded peckicory standeing on the south west side of A Branche
runneing to St Thomas Creeke standeing neare the lande of Thomas
Wentworth running West fifty Perches to the bounde tree of Daniell
Mathena ande William Boyden being A white Oake thence south
west and by west Adjoyneing upon the Headline of Wm Boyden for
length one hundred sixty sixe perches to a bounded Blacke Oake
