                 In an other matter of Difference depending between Sam: Cressy
                Plants and Fra: Kylborne and Eliza: his wife Defts both parties
                appearing the Plank Declaracon is read as followeth

                of the goods and Chattells of Daniell Johnson deceased were attached
                to answeare unto Sam: Cressy of a plea of trespas on the Case; And
