Whereupon it is Ordered That the Defendt pay unto the Plaintife Liber C
his full debt of 140 lb of tobac and that the Plaintife for refusall
of the Defendts tobac being merchantable shall be allowable for
Costs and charges of suite

Captaine Robert Troope decd in an aeon of debt to the value of
1163 lb of tobac preferreth his declaracon as followeth (vizt)
To the Worple the Comrs of Charles Countie
The Plaintife Declares agt the Defendts as Adminrs of Captaine
Robert Troope decd in his acon of debt upon accot for that Captaine
Rob. Troope did in his life time stand indebted to the Plf in the
sume of 1163 lb of tobac as he can make appeare Whereupon the Plf
bringeth his suite humblie Craveing ordr for his said debt And &c.
Whereupon the Defendts Con fesse a Judgement and that the debt
became due upon the Plaintifes sale of one hundred and fiftie acres
of Land unto the said Troope in his life time
Ordered Therefore tht the Defendts satisfie the sd debt to the Plf
