acquitted and discharged or within convenient tyme after reasonable
request made well and Sufficiently made and kept harmless of and
from all manner of former and other bargaines Sales Estates former
leases Titles Dowers Rightes or Titles of Dowers Joyntures uses
Intayles Wills Rent charges Rent Services Recognizances Judgmth
Execucons Titles troubles charges and demandes wtsoever, Had made
done comitted or wittingly or willingly Suifred by the Said John
Vaudry his heyres or Assignes or any of them, or to theyre or any
of theyre uses or by theyre or any of theyre Titles Estates meanes
or procurements and the said John Vaudry for him Selfe his heyres
Executors and Administrators all and Singular the before bargained
prmisses wth the appurtenances, And every part and parceli thereof
unto the said Jobe Corner his heyres Executors and Administrs all
and Singular the before bargained prmisses wth theyre appurte-
nances, and every part and parceli thereof unto the Said Jobe Corner
his heyres Executors Administrators and Assignes to the intent and
meaneing aforesaid Shall and will warrant and forever defend by

in New England Mercht have constituted and appointed my loveing
Freind Mr Robt Prowse of new London aforesaid Mercht to be my
true and law full Att for me and in my name and to my use to aske de-
mand recover & receave of all and every pson and psons inhabiteing in
Virginia or Maryland all and every Sumes of tob porke or any other
goodes or Merchandizes as allsoe to prosecute to effect the law agt
any pson or psons indebted farther more I doe impower the said
prouse to take into his power and managemt all that three hundred
acres of land wch was purchased of George Thompson of Charles
County in Maryland as the Pattent of the same may appeare with
the Cattell left in the handes of Thomas Bassett of Bryttons bay in
Maryland and the increase thereof and of the Same land and Cattle
to Sett lett Sell and dispose of as he shall thinke fitt, And wtsoever
