                The Plf arresting the Deft in an aeon of debt to the value of
              sixe hundred weight of tobac preferd his declaracon
                The Deft taking advantage of the Plf for that his declaracon was
              not duelie entered three dayes before the Crt as by an act of this
              Province is in such case provided humblie requesteth the Court that
              the Plfs aeon may fall wch was graunted:

                The Plf arresting the Defendt in an aeon of debt to the value of
              two thousand two hundred weight of tobac preferrs his Declaracon
              and in Confirmacon thereof the Defendts Bill.
        [p. 791 Upon the producing of wch Bill the Crt finds for the Pif the said
              sume of 2200 lb of tobac.
                Whereupon the Pif craves an allowance of his Charges wch are as
              followeth vizt
                    p Attorneys 3 dayes attendance    9oth
                    p Attorneys fees            6o

                Whereupon it was ordered that the Pif pay unto the Defendt the
              sume of 2200 lb of tobac wth his Costs and Charges: upon wch ordrnal
              a writt of execucon imediatlie issued in open Crt.

                John Wheeler demands an attachmt agt the estate of George
              Bradshawe to the value of three thousand weight ‘of tobac for a
              servant wch the sd Wheeler claimes of the said Bradshawe, he the
              sd Bradshawe being now in England.
                Whereupon It was ordered by the Crt that an attachment should
              ithediatelie issue forth to the Sherrife wch was accordingly done.

                Upon an attachmt graunted unto James Bowling bearing date
              the 24th of September 1666 It is Ordered that John Morrice pay
              unto the said Bowling the sume of 400 lb of tobac

                Dan: Makhenie having formerlie mortgaged a parcell of Land
              containing [blank] acres to Mathias Obryan upon a debt of [blank]
              of tobac the said Mathias Obryan in open Crnalt acknowledgeth back
              againe all his interest right and title to the said Land unto the
              said Daniell Makennie upon Condicon that he the sd Makennie shall
              satisfie him the said Obryan his said debt at or before the [blank]
              or otherwise the said Land to returne unto the said Obryan in the
              same state and plight as before.

                Whereas at a Crt held in Charles Countie the 8th of August Ano
              1665 Dan: Johnson did acknowledge a Conveyance of Land to Mr
        [p. 8o] Sam: Fendall the said conveyance was this present Crt confirmed unto
              the said Fendall by his wife Elizabeth Johnson
