     execuëons Rents & Arrearages of Rents forfeitures fynes, and all
     other Titles Troubles charges and incumbrances whatsoever had
     made comitted Suifred omitted or done by the John Chirman his
     heyres or Assignes or any other pson or psons whatsoever the Rents
     wch from henceforth from tyme to tyme for or in respect of the
     pTmisses shall grow due and payable to the Cheife Lord of the
     Segniorie only excepted and and foreprized, And farther the sd John
     Chirman for himselfe his heyres Executors & Administrators shall &
     will from tyme to tyme and at all tymes hereaftr for & dureing the
     space of seaven yeares next ensueing the date of these prsents at &
     upon the reasonable request, And at the Costs & charges in the Law
     of the sd Benjamin Rozer his heyres or Assignes make doe pforme
     acknowledge levie execute and Suffer all and every such farther
     lawfull & reasonable act & acts thing & things assurance & assurances
     in the law whatsoever for the better farther and more pfect assure-
     ance & conveying of all & Singular the before hereby granted prmisses
     wth the Rights members and Appurtenances unto the Benjamin [fol. 3]

       Ignatius Causine acknowledges this deed of 100 Acres of Land
     unto John Hackister called St Ignatius
       This Indenture made this seaventh of Novembr in the yeare of or
     Lord one thousand six hundred & seaventy, betweene Ignatius Cau-
     sine of Charles County in the Province of Maryland Gent. of the
     one part and John Hackister of the aforesd County Coop of the
     other part Witnesseth, That the sayd Ignatius Causine for and in the
     consideracon of the Süme of [blank] thousand [blank] hundred
     pounds of Tob to him in hand payd at & before the Sealeing and
     delivery of these prsents by the John Hackister the receipt whereof
     the sd Ignatius doth hereby acknowledge & himselfe fully Satisfyed
     and payd & thereof & of every part and parcell thereof doth clearly
     acquitt exonerate and discharge the sd John Hackister his heyres
     Executrs & Administrators forever by these prsents Hath given
     granted aliened bargained Sold enfeofeed & confirmd And by these
     prsents doth fully clearly and absolutely give grant bargaine aleien
     sell enfeofee and confirm unto John Hackister his heyres and As-
     signes forever all tht parcell of land lyeing in Charles County
     aforesd called St Ignatius lyeing on the west side of the mayne
