Liber D Rent chargs rent services Areargs of rents Statuts recognizances Judgmts Executions titles troubles charges & demands wtsoever had made done or Comited wittingly or willingly suffered by the sd Baker his heirs Exectrs or Admistrs or any or either of thm or by their or any of their title estate means or pcuremts & the sd Baker [p. 92] For himself his heires Executrs Admistrs all & Singular the prmises wth their Appertinances & every part & parcell thereof unto the sd Powell his heirs Exectrs Admistrs & Assgs to the intent & meăing aforesd shall & will warrent & for ever defend by these prsents in witness whereof the parties have interchangeably their hands & seales the day & yeare above written Tho T Baker 0 Signed & Delivered in prsence of his marke Ben: Rozer Jonathan Marler Thomas King acknowledgeth this Conveyance to Archiball Wahop This Indenture made the 8th of June 1669 betweene Tho: King of Char: County in the Province of Maryland of the one pte & Archiball Wahop of the same County & province of the othr pte Witneseth tht the sd King for & in Consideracon of the sume of 14000 lb of Tobacco to him in hand pd by the Wahop the receipt whereof he doth by these prsents Acknowledge & himself to be therewth fully satisfied contented & pd & throf & thrfro & of & from every pte & pcell thereof doth acquit Exonerate & discharge the sd Wahop his heirs Executr & Admistrs Hath bargained sold aliened assigned set over & confirmed & by these prsents doth bargaine sell aliene & confirme unto the sd Wahop 400 Acres of land being pte of a Devident of 500 acres sold to the sd King by Tho: Stone & John Stone & first taken up by Mr Ja: Lendsy & by him sold to Jeremiah Dikinson & afterwards bought of the sd Jeremiah by Rich: Stone bro: to the sd Tho: & John Stone begining at a bounded white Oake being the bound tree of Alex: Davies runing thence North & by west for lenght 256 perches to the Southermost bound tree of Mr Geo: Thompson Land called the Planters delight now in the hand or occupacon of John Wheeler thence west northwest 250 perches to a bounded white Oake thence south 256 perchs to a bounded spanish Oake thence till it come to the first bounded tree containeing & now ld out for 400 Acres more or less togethr wth all houses buildings barnes stables Gardens orchards yards backsids Easmts tenemts meadows feedings pastures woods under woods ways pfitts Comodities or Appurtenances wtsoever to the sd land or prmises belonging or in anywise apertăing & also all the estate right title Interest use property claime & demand of him the sd Thomas King of or in or to the same & Also all deeds writings Evidences touching or in anywise concerning the same To have & to hold the foresd Land appurtenances unto the sd Wahop his heirs & Assgs for ever & the sd King doth for himself his heirs Executrs & Ad- |
