Mr Henry Adames prsents two Servts to be judged of    Liber D
      Wm Pauding is judged to be 16 yeares old
      Tho:    Norman is judged to be 21 yeares old
Mr Zack: Wade prsents a Servt to be judged of         [p. 63]
      Tho:    Tubb is judged to be 21 yeares of Age

      Daniell Johnson Demands A Warrant agt Nathan Barton in An
    Acct Trepass upon the Case
      The Sheriffes Returne executed

      The Plt Arresting the Deft in his Act of Trespass upon the Case
    prefers this ensuing Petition
      Sheweth That the Deft standeth Indebted to the petitioner the
    sume of eight hundred And ninty pounds of Tobacco it being the
    remaineing part of Two Thousand two hundred & ninety pounds
    of Tobacco for A man Servt Sould him & some other Comodities &
    yor petioner haveing often demanded the sd summe & he refuseth
    to make satisfaction where upon the plt bringeth his Suite
      John Waters & John Wheeler subp: & sworne in Court in foresaid
    Action, who say Nathan Barton order'd keetly to pay the plt 800 lb
    of Tobacco
      The Court finds but 90 lb Tobacco due It is thrfore ordered tht
    the Deft pay 90 lb Tobacco wth Cost of Charges of Suite

      John Cage Demands a Warrant agt Hump: Warren in An Action
    of trespass upon the Case
      Warrant to the Sheriffe retr Executed
      The plt preferrs this ensueing Declaration
      The Plt declares Agt the Deft for that the Deft and severall
    prsons more to him Appertaineing haveing been in his the said plts
    house and by him found wth Dyet from the eightteenth of January [p. 64]
    last past untill the 24 of March and haveing had the use of Three
    Roomes belonging to him the sd plt for & dureing the time before
    mentioned likewise for tht the sd Deft brought into his the sd
    Plts house on the fourth of Febr last past eight Servants to him
    belonging whereof four were & remainded there till the sixth of
    the sd Month & other two till the 23 of the sd Month & one more
    on the 11th of March Departed the other remaineing till the 24
    of the sd March being dureing the time here expressed dieted att [p.65]
    his the sd Plts house & upon his Cost & charge for all which the
    sd Deft haveing been severall times there unto required hath re-
    fused & as yet doth refuse to make him the sd Plt any reasonable
    Satisfaction to his the sd Plts Great Damage & Injury & further
    the sd plt likewise agt him the sd Deft Declareth for tht he the
    sd plt haveing bought of the sd Deft two chests & standing charged
    Debtr to the sd Deft for the same upon Acct the sume of 2 lb
    sterling yet never the less the sd Deft by Violence tooke & Carried [p. 66J
