124 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1666—1668.

Liber C    said Ordered therefore tht the said Morrice Satisfy the said 500 lb
              of tobaccoe or else execucon

                Whereas Henrie Frankam did oblige himselfe by bond to Thomas
              Allanson to acknowledge his right and title to him in a parcell of
              land Containing two hundred acres Now be it Remembred tht the
              said Henrie Frankam together his wife were neadie this Count
              to have acknowledged the same but the said Thomas Allanson did
              not appeare there

                Marie Cosleton daughter of Robert Cosleton was borne on the 6th
              Day of Februarie Anno Doni 1667.

                Edward Cooper Entereth the Marke of his hogges and cattle as
              followeth vizt A Slitt in the right eane and the upper pant of one
              side of the Slitt cut away

                William Barton sonne of William Barton Junior was bonne on
              the 27th Day of Februarie Anno Dni 1667.

                William Barton Junior Entereth his Brandmarke for horses and
              Mares vizt a figure of (7) and a round (0)
                John Roberts entereth his Marke of his hogges and Cattle as
              followeth vizt a Croppe, and three slitts on each eare
                John Harrington Entereth the Marke of his hogges and Cattle vizt
              A Croppe and underkeele on the Left eare and a hole in the right

                Edward Powell Plaintife verss John Stone Defendt as AdminT
              of the estate of Richard Stone decd in a plea of Debt for 953 lb of
              tobaccoe Dammages to the value of [blank] Writt of Capias to the
              Sherrife retonnable on the 7th Day of Aprill 1668 & Subpaena for
              Jo. Charman.

                John Charman vers Marie Garret in a Plea of Debt for the quan-
              titie of Sixe hundred and fourteen pounds of tobac Writt of Capias
              to the Sherrife retornable ut supra

                Mr Henry Adams demanded a writt of Scine facias to Summon
              Nathaniell Eaton and Mris Venlinda Burdit to Shew cause if they
              soe can wherefore they doe not Satisfie to the said. Mr Adams the
              summe of 953th of tobaccoe due to him for levies in his Sherrifealtie
              & wherefore upon the Non payment of the same execucon should
              not fonthwth issue for Levieing the same
