The following Bills by Mess.rs Worthington and Hammond Viz.t

A Bill entitled an Act for the speedy and effectual Publication
of the Laws of this Province, and the Encouragement of Jonas
Green of the City of Annapolis Printer.

Read the first and second Time in the Lower House and will pass
Read the first & second Time by especial Order in this House & will
pass so endorsed and sent by John Ridout Esquire.

A Bill entitled an Act for Raising 4 Pence Sterling for every
Hogshead of Tobacco exported out of this Province for the Support
of an Agent in London for the Service of this Province.
Read the first & second Time in the Lower House & will pass.

Mess.rs Lee and Hall bring up the following engrossed Bill read
and assented to in the Lower House Viz.t
An Act to confirm a Lease made by Thomas Harrison of Baltimore
County for part of a Lot of Land therein mentioned lying in Balti-
more Town in sd County to the Commissioners of sd Town & their
Successors & to establish a Market in s.d Town and for Regulating of
said Market.

An Act to increase the Allowance of Jurors attending the Pro-
vincial & County Courts and for other Purposes therein mentioned.

An Act for destroying Crows & Squirrels in particular Counties
and of Red Foxes in Kent and Queen Anns Counties.

These Bills read and assented to in the Lower House and ordered
to be so subscribed
The Paper Bills so endorsed sent by John Ridout Esquire.
Adjourned until 3 oClock in the Afternoon
