This House met according to Adjournment

Present as Yesterday
A Bill by Mess.rs Worthington and Hall entitled a Supplementary
Act to the Act entitled an Act for Building a Church in St James's
Parish in Ann Arundel County.
Read the first and second Time in the Lower House and will pass.
Read the first and second Time by especial Order in this House &
will pass, so endorsed & sent by Benedict Calvert Esq.r
A Bill by Col Loyd and Mr Buchannan entitled an Act for erecting
a new Parish in Kent County called Chester Parish and for building
a Parish Church and a Chapel of Ease within the said new Parish.
Read the first and second Time in the Lower House and will pass.
Read the first and second Time in this House by especial Order
& will pass so endorsed & sent by Col Hooper
Read the second Time the Bill entitled an Act to aid defective
Common Recoveries will not pass.
Read the second Time the Bill for Trial of all Matters of Fact in
the several Counties where they have arisen or shall arise and will
not pass.
Adjourned until 3 oClock in the Afternoon
