This House met according to Adjournment
Read and referr'd the following Petitions Viz.t
A Petition of William Spry, and James Daly Prisoners in Queen
Ann's County Goal The Petition of Levin Townsend a Prisoner in
Somerset County Goal The Petition and Memorial of William Lynn,
late an Officer in the Maryland Forces The Petition of Mary Cov-
ington, Administratrix of Philip Covington of Somerset County The
Petition of Cornelius Howard of Baltimore Town The Petition of
the Inhabitants of Baltimore Town for establishing a Market &c.
These Petitions sent by Daniel Dulany Esq.r
An Account, in Pursuance of the Order of this House, was ex-
hibited by M.r Ross late Clerk of the Council.
On Consideration of M..r Ross's Account, & motion for that Pur-
pose, Col: Henry, and Col Hooper are appointed a Committee, to
examine the Proceedings of the Council, and compare the Charges
in the said Account therewith, and to report to this House what
shall appear to them on their Enquiry and Examination.
The House Adjourns until 3 "Clock in the Afternoon
