The Question was put Whether this House will make an Allow-
ance on the Journal to the late Clerk of the Council for Eight Years
and six Months the Sum of 81,600lb of Tobacco and to the present
Clerk of the Council for 11 Months the Sum of 8800lb of Tobacco
as proposed by the Upper House in their Message of this Day sent
down with the Journal or not
