On Motion, the Question was put, That the following be entered
as a Resolve of this House, viz.

Resolved also, That this House will, out of the first Supplies
which shall be granted for his Majesty's Service, appropriate a sum
sufficient to reimburse the Crown the Money advanced or paid by
General Forbes, or any other Person by Order or on Behalf of the
Crown, for the Pay and Cloathing of the Troops formerly in the
Pay of this Province, and by General Forbes taken into his Majesty's
Service in the Year 1758, from the Time they were so taken into the
said Service, to the End of the Campaign in the said Year, so far as
the same shall appear to this House to be just and reasonable, or to
make up any Deficiency in Case the whole Sums due to the said
Troops be not advanced or paid as aforesaid.
