of September thereafter, yearly and every Year, during the Continu-
ance of this Act, deliver to the Commissioners or Trustees, for Emit-
ting the Bills of Credit, Emitted by Act of Assembly, a fair Account
of the nett Amount of the Receipt of Quit-Rents, and Rents of his
said Lordship's Manors, and reserved Lands in this Province, for
the Year, ending at Michaelmas next, before such Account delivered,
and shall yearly, on or before the Twenty-fifth Day of December
next after the Delivery of such Account, pay to the Commissioners
or Trustees aforesaid, the Sum of One Shilling and Four-pence, in
Bills of Credit to be established by this Act, or in Gold and Silver,
at the Rates by this Act established, for every Twenty Shillings
Sterling of such nett Amount, under the Penalty of Eight Hundred
Pounds Current Money, towards drawing into the Office of the
said Commissioners, and sinking the said Sum of Forty Five Thou-
sand Pounds, which Sum of Money so paid in, the said Agent, or
Receiver-General, is hereby impowered to retain out of the Monies
by him received for his said Lordship.

LIX. And be it further Enacted, by and with the Authority,
Advice and Consent aforesaid, That all such Parts and Portions of
any Manors, belonging to, or Lands reserved for his said Lordship,
as are not in Lease, shall be liable and subject to the Pound-rate afore-
said, to be ascertained as aforesaid, which said Pound-rate, the said
Agent, or Receiver-General, shall, and is herby required to pay to
the Commissioners or Trustees aforesaid, by the Times herein before
directed for his other Payments, under the Penalty of Four Hundred
Pounds Current Money.
LX. And to the End that the Assessors may know who are Ten-
ants of the said Manors and reserved Lands, and what Part of them
are unleased, Be it Enacted, by the Authority, Advice, and Consent
aforesaid, That his said Lordship's Agent, or Receiver-General, for
the Time being, is hereby required, under the Penalty of Two Hun-
dred Pounds Current Money, to be recovered and applied as herein
after is directed, to make out for the Commissioners by this Act
appointed, of the respective Counties where any such Manors and
reserved Lands do lie; Accounts of the whole Quantity of Acres
contained in such Manors and reserved Lands respectively; and also
particular Accounts of the Names and Sirnames of the several Ten-
ants settled on such Manors and reserved Lands, with the Quantities
of Land under Lease to each Tenant; and shall inclose the same
under Covers, endorsed, For his Lordship's Service, directed to the
said Commissioners respectively, and the same shall deliver, or cause
to be delivered, to the Sheriff of the County where the said Agent
shall reside (to be forwarded as Publick Letters are by the Laws of
this Province directed to be forwarded, and under the like Penalty)
on or before the last Day of August next. And for the Services by
this Act required of the said Agent, he shall be paid by the Com-
