mentary Act to the Act entituled an Act Ascertaining the height of
fences to prevent the Evil Occasioned by the Multitude of Horses
and restraining horse rangers within this Province and to redress
the great Evils accruing to this Province by the Multiplicity of Use-
less Horses Mares and Colts that run in the Woods made at a Session
of Assembly begun and held at the City of Annapolis the eighth day
of May Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and fifty be and is hereby
Continued to be and remain in full Force for and during the Ter mof
three Years and unto the end of the next Session of Assembly which
shall happen after the restoration of the said three Years

An Act continuing an Act entituled an Act for the Guage of Barrells
for Pork Beef Pitch Tar Turpentine and Tare of Barrells for
Flower or Bread

Be it enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the Advice and Consent of his Lordships Governors and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the
same That an Act of Assembly of this Province entituled an Act for
the Guage of Barrels for Pork Beef Pitch Tar Turpentine and Tare
of Barrells for flower or Bread made at a Session of Assembly begun
and held at the City of Annapolis the fifth day of August Seventeen
hundred and forty five be and is hereby continued to be and remain
in full Force for and during the Term of Three Years and unto the
end of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen after the
Expiration of the said three Years.
