In the Course of our Duty this Session in an Examination into
the State of our Public Funds we have found that instead of its
being necessary to provide for any deficiency all the money omitted
and borrowed under the forty Thousand Pound act is already paid
in and a Considerable Surplus is now in the Office besides other
large Sums which some of the Officers have not paid in and to force
the payment of which we have already addressed your Excellency to
